Happy Valentines Day
Wishing everyone a day filled with love - in whatever form that make take. It was a happy day for us to be together as a family. We were also excited to see that one of our photos was posted today as a favorite kissing pic on the blog for Weddings Unveiled. So I guess you could say we were feeling the love from that, too. Here is a link to check to check it out. Weddings Unveiled

Our Trip to Disney World back in Sept.
We wanted to share with you several personal events that happened this past year. The one that we are most fond of is our trip to Disney World, which was planned in an hour with our friends Alana and Tom from Washington D.C. We even made the reservations for the character breakfast in the car on the way to Orlando. We had all planned to go to Myrtle Beach, but a hurricane was projected to hit there so we decided on a whim to go further south and try Disney World.
There is so much I want to say about Disney World. I loved going there growing up; Melissa and I were married at the Disneyland Hotel, and to share this with our first child was more than a little emotional and, well, Magical. From our first few minutes in the park where Kai-Lin saw Mickey, Minnie, and all the princesses perform on the steps of Cinderella's Castle, to the Lion King show, to seeing Kai-Lin in her Snow White dress lead a small parade holding Mickey's hand - it made for one of our favorite vacations, ever.
Kai-Lin was so star stuck to see one of her favorite characters that she couldn't even look up at her.
This is one of my favorite moments on the trip.
Kai-Lin enjoying one of her snacks.
Like every child that enters Disney they go go go all day long and then crash in the car on the way back to the hotel.

Simon and Ann Teh with their new baby Cameron.
I have know Simon and Ann for some time now. Melissa and I were privileged to be able to photography their wedding a couple of years ago. (Photos from their wedding) So when I found out they were having a baby we were so excited for them and decided as a baby gift, we would have a family session with it's newest member. We wish them the best of luck and hope their sleepless night are not to many.

The World of Coke meets the Parker Family
I had the pleasure of photographing the Parker family from Augusta, GA at The World of Coke last week. As a first time guest I found the museum pretty cool and much bigger than I was expecting. The kids enjoyed the museum, except for the polar bear. The two little ones were not going to go anywhere near the polar bear. Everyone enjoyed the taste testing at the end. However, once I tried four or more different types of drinks my stomach turned for the worst and I had to stop. As you leave you are given a bottled coke that is produced right in the museum. The coke ended up being my dessert that night along with a bowl of popcorn.
I want to thank the Parker family for taking the time out of their busy schedule to drive all the way to Atlanta for their shoot. I look forward to seeing you all again.
All three children had issues getting close to the polar bear.
The tasting area.
