Sean and Laura couldn't have asked for a prettier day for their charming wedding that started in Cartersville and ended in a beautiful field in Taylorsville, GA. It was fitting for them to go to nature for their reception since they met at Yellowstone National Park where they both worked. We wish them much happiness and a life full of adventure.
Thank you Lauren for your last minute help while Melissa is on Maternity leave.

Stephen and Kristen's Engagement Session with the uninvited guest
I met up with Stephen and Kristen at the Roswell Mill early in the morning to avoid the heat. During the session somehow we started talking about snakes and how much I hate them. When we headed down to the waterfall I placed myself on a rock to start taking some photos. Before we could start, Stephen called me over to him. Only instead of saying anything to me, he just pointed to the rock I had been standing on, and the snake that had been right next to me. Thanks for saving me.
I'm looking forward to their wedding which will take place at Frogtown Cellars in Dahlonega on Nov. 14, 2009.

Hillary and Andrew marry at Dunaway Gardens
A month or so prior to their wedding I visited Dunaway Gardens with Hillary and Andrew to view the lay of the land. Since that day I have been so excited to shoot there. The gardens were amazing and the possibilities were endless. The day couldn't have been better with a clear blue sky and lush greenery all around. The excitement was nearly jumping out of Hillary and her smile was infectious to all. Andrew kept pretty clam and reflective though out the day. After the cake cutting they had this amazing ice cream bar set up for their guests to create the most wonderful sundaes and we thank you for that. We were truly honored to be at your wedding and we wish you a beautiful marriage.
Also, a special thank you to Alecia for helping me second shoot and for carrying all the gear around.

Michael and Ashley's Engagement Session
This engagement session was an adventure for the three of us. A lot of sweat, bug bites and hiking went into this session. What's funny is Ashley admits she's not an outdoors type of girl, but we ended up outdoors among the bugs. She definitely went out of her comfort zone to create some of the images you see.
The last photo was actually taken in the lot where our cars were parked. It was nice standing on asphalt.
