Laura and Sean's E-session

This past weekend I got together with Laura and Sean for their engagement session in Cartersville, GA During the session we ended up at a covered bridge very close to her parents house and as we were walking on the bridge and setting up the first shot my leg fell through the boards on the covered bridge scaring me half to death. Luckily, I did not drop my camera. Other than that the session went smoothly and I had a great time hanging out with the two of them. Their wedding will take place on June 6th at Sam Jones Methodist Church with the reception to follow at Raccoon Creek. I'm looking forward to it.

Edgar and Carla's Wedding

Last weekend I had a blast hanging out with Carla and Edgar down at the Hazlehurst House for a very relaxing wedding. The colors of the wedding were beautiful and the lighting at the Hazlehurst House was gorgeous. Everyone was excited and ready to celebrate. Congrats to the happy couple and thank you for giving us the honor of photographing your wedding.

Thomas and Sophia's Wedding

I was so excited to kick off the 2009 wedding season with such a diverse wedding. The fact that it was important to Thomas and Sophia to intergrate both Vietnamese and Western traditions made for a fabulous day with unforgetable moments.

These are gifts from the Groom's family to the Bride's family asking for her hand in marriage.






Lauren was able to get a great shot of the bride watching Thomas and his family arrive for the tea ceremony.
































This was a fun shot (and I forget who came up with it), but we had the brother of the groom stand in front of my strobe to create a scary shadow on the wall and then we had the bride and groom react as if the were scared. We had a lot of laughs while doing this. Thank you guys for thinking out of the box.
