Athens, GA

Back in March Melissa and I needed to get away from Atlanta, so we decided to pack Kai-Lin and the cameras and head to Athens, GA. Melissa had been dying to go there to take some pictures at UGA. I had never been to Athens, so understandably I was very excited to see Athens and UGA. Go Dawgs...

The two nights there ended up being very long nights, because Kai had crying fits due to the uncertainty she felt being in a new place. During the day she was great and we all had a wonderful time together. Hopefully this fall we can make it back to campus on game day and have a tailgate party. Here are a couple pictures we took while there. Enjoy...

I loved how the shadow frames the wooden door here.

This is one of Melissa's favorite buildings on campus. The stairways remind me of an M.C. Escher drawing.

Future Dawg?

The blue sky with the metal steeple was a nice mix.

You can't go to UGA without seeing Sanford Stadium, and take a picture or two.

The rest of the photos are a parent's indulgence.
